Pocket AI is a portable personal assistant that’s (aptly) pocket-sized, and even snaps onto the back of your MagSafe-compatible phone. You might smirk and say, “Ugh! Another AI notetaker?” Well, yes, you’re right. There’s nothing this device is doing that an app on your phone can’t do just as well. However! If you’re forgetful and in all-day meetings like me, there’s something nice about having a dedicated, (cute) physical reminder to record that works better than opening up an app on your locked phone. The summaries generated can run through Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude and the tone of output is configurable as well. Also, it can record offline, so if you’re phone-free and need to record an important call or meeting, you’re covered.
